If you’ve been on Brushy Creek Rd west of Parmer Ln recently you noticed the new subdivision by Milestone Community Builders called The Reserve at Brushy Creek, it has been under construction since 2012, the neighborhood will have 110 homes, 18 have already been sold.
Prices start in the low $300,000′s, some homes have a view of NW Austin. These homes are spacious and comfortable and could make good long term homes.
The area has some amenities including the Brushy Creek Regional Trail, the entrance to the Brushy Creek Sports Park is across the street from the main entrance to The Reserve at Brushy Creek, the trail passes through this park plus five others. Shopping and dining are a few minutes away as well as the Capital Metro Rail’s Lakeline station, it goes all the way to downtown Austin.
